Montbell guarantees all products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99, while orders below that threshold incur a flat $8 shipping fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns of unused items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
How should I clean my Montbell down jacket?
We recommend using a specialized down cleaner and a front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to restore the loft of the down feathers.
